VSC Info (Lucan-Ilderton Baseball)

As per Baseball Ontario and PWSA risk management policy, all bench staff and volunteers for Lucan Ilderton Minor Baseball are required to have a Vulnerable Sector Check completed and on file with the association.

Process:
1st year - complete VSC through the OPP and email to Director of Coaches AND submit VSC Declaration/Renewal Form (link below)
2nd year - submit VSC Declaration/Renewal Form (link below)
3rd year - submit VSC Declaration/Renewal Form (link below)

Every 3 years a new VSC must be completed through the OPP and submitted to the association.

The Vulnerable Sector Check performed by the OPP is free for volunteers - The "VSC Request letter" provided below must be submitted online at the time of your application. Please ensure that you select 'volunteer' when applying.
